The only issue I had with this hotel was that there was No air conditioning in the rooms . Given that it was a cooler time of the year we made do with opening the window a bit but in the warmer months this would have been very uncomfortable.

I was underneath an extraordinarily out-of-control 48 hour party where the people were literally stomping back and forth day and night. There was nothing done on the part of staff to remedy the situation. No room move was offered nor any attempt to get security involver. It was so loud that I even went and bought a white noise machine the next day at a cost of $50 and turned it on full blast - you could still hear the stomping in your chest on night number two. Truly one of the most miserable stays I’ve ever had at any hotel - didn’t sleep for the two days I was there. What made it worse was that the rest of the building was quiet. And I know it wasn’t full. There were clearly empty rooms.

Bathroom was dirty No airconditioning Unsafe area, lots of homeless/drug addicts Tried to change dates of my stay and no one replied so I had to pay for 2 nights when I only needed to pay for 1.

Front desk clerk was on her break when I arrived so I had to wait to check in. Otherwise, my stay was fine…room was clean.

Location is mission and 7th not much to say from there

Perfect location and walkable to the event I was attending. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I felt like it was a great value for the price and amenities. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating for me and my service dog. Thank you so much!
