"Comfortable stay for family"

Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel lobby and ambience are excellent and location too is good.

They dont clean the room daily - however this is not a big issue as when you ask towels and amenities are replenished immediately.

Personnel agréable. Nos valises sont arrivées 2 jours en retard et le personnel nous a fourni des brosses à dent et dentifrice pour nous dépanner, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste. La chambre est très spacieuse et très confortable.

"Este hotel es una estafa"

Este alojamiento es una autentica estafa, me cobraron el precio de la estancia, sabían que viajaba con un bebe puesto que solicite una habitacion con cuna. Al llegar me comunicaron que habían hecho overboeking con las reservas y no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Después de 13 horas de vuelo y con un bebe en brazos me dejaron tirada y teniendo que buscar un alojamiento. Aun estoy esperando el reembolso de la reserva. Jamás he tenido una experiencia así y no recomendaría a nadie arriesgarse a pasar por lo mismo. Estafadores
