The windows of our rooms overlooked the machinery, pipes, and other equipment on the roof.

Felt secure with the locked front doors. Bathroom was a good size. We liked having a small freezer along with the fridge. The bed was really comfortable.

We would have liked a kettle to make tea. The lighting was rather dim for our liking.

Resort was in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby of the resort is beautiful.

The Canterbury is a great hotel close to the downtown area with great restaurants all around, the rooms include all the amenities and are clean and comfortable.

My hubby and I stayed here for a week recently, and it was one of the best resorts, very clean and well-maintained. Perfect location and the weather was wonderful too. It's near all the bus stops, just a few steps away—highly accessible rideshare and Muni buses, as well as Bart and Caltrain. No parking service here, but there are plenty nearby, and they're not cheap. The best is public transportation, which is inexpensive. Love all their amenities, including the drinking water station in the basement, complimentary coffee in the morning, and flavored water all day. Excellent service too, especially from Angel. She was quite awesome. They invited us to a presentation, but they were courteous when we declined. It's a beautiful, highly-rated resort. Our one-bedroom on the 5th floor is huge and clean, and also well stocked for a one-week vacation. The kitchen has everything except a stove, but it's okay; there are plenty of affordable restaurants around. My favorite Sisteria, where we dined twice, and the Mexican taqueria at Offarel, both walkable from the resort.
