It’s a lovely small hotel located in a heart of San Francisco with multiple public transit lines around. The room was clean and it definitely worth the money. Sam is very welcoming and he quickly helped me out to get a new key as I forgot mine in the room.

Sam and Catherine provided excellent customer service. The hotel is clean and cute. The rooms are spacious. We had a wonderful stay!

We came to town to support our Seahawks. Not very familiar with SF and was caught a little off guard with the location. Not in the nicest of neighborhoods. However, hotel staff was cool and fun. Accommodated storing our bags and a later check out. Bree , Catherine and Sam were all super friendly. Rooms were fine. Nothing fancy but overall a good value.

Had a wonderful experience sam checked me out and made the checkout process a breeze. The check in was easy too, got into my room fast and checked out the surrounding areas. Breakfast was good too and the cute balcony with lots of space to hang out, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and looking forward to staying here in the future!!

Location: Good access from SFO. This hotel located near Civic Center/UN Plaza BART Station. For getting around near the hotel, Waymo is also recommended. Atmosphere: It is a little bit unconfortable at night, but it is no problem if you use Uber, Lyft or Taxi. Rooms: Spotless and well-maintained. Noise: I was a little bothered by the surrounding sounds and footsteps. Service: The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped to warm up the food. When I had any concerns or questions, they responsed quickly. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting the hotel through the inquiry section on their website. Amenities: Prefer to prepare the toothbrush by yourself. There are shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
