Hotel Fiona

I enjoy the emblems and design the room is very relaxing near and clean the staff are accommodating even for late guest safety comfort and security is a wonderful combination for female solo travelers ! A ten for safety !

None excellent location

Lovely room, great breakfast, good location to theater, wonderful front desk service.

The room has no refrigerator, or a microwave. It would’ve been nice to have it. The breakfast was not what I had expected it to be!

We had an awful experience at this hotel. Most importantly, the neighborhood is full of junkies and unsafe. If you walk just a block from it, you can easily come across a group of homeless addicts conglomerated on the street, often openly taking drugs. It was so bad that I was afraid to use a Laundromat nearby and so used the hotel's services. Big mistake, they overcharged me (I sent t shirts and they charged for dress shirts, so I paid $60 to wash 5 t shirts) and refused to refund it realistically. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Clean great for the price

Kind of sketchy area

This has become our favorite place to stay in San Francisco, partly because the rooms are lovely and unique (every room has its own name and wallpaper) and the price is good for SF, but also because the staff is great. On this trip, I accidentally left my hearing aids in our room and Erika bent over backwards to help me get it Fed-Exed to my home, so she was exceptional. But every time we've stayed here the staff--both front desk and maintenance-- have been friendly and accommodating.

Love staying at Hotel Fiona! Cute decor, quiet and safe for the location. Staff is friendly and accommodating, will continue to stay here when visiting San Francisco!
