Great budget choice in an excellent location. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, which made exploring the rest of San Francisco really easy. The lobby offers unlimited coffee, water, and fresh apples, a small touch that makes a real difference. The bathroom was well equipped with all amenities and a cute rubber duck left as a welcome detail. Staff were professional and kind throughout. At around 100 to 120 USD per night, great value for the location.

The room had no proper ventilation, only a ceiling fan, and no proper window I could use. At first glance the room looked clean, but when I drew back the curtains in the daylight the next day they were thick with dust.

It was clean and staff was welcoming.

No AC but there was a fan and since during this time of the season it was perfect to put the fan on since it was chilly yet warm. The fan kept us cool.

Great location and a good experience. A hotel with character, where the flaws that she brings are made allowance for … yes the plumbing is a bit noisy. Yes the shower is less powerful than in a new build but the bed is comfortable. If a bit soft for our tastes and the staff are great
