Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites South San Francisco

Poor air circulation due to non functioning air conditioning. Looks like the room was not properly cleaned and inspected when I checked in. No bathing soap had to call front desk.

Will stay again highly recommended

When I first got there the female receptionist gave me a black garbage bag to get ice for ice but didn't know it until later someone took my Brand-new Tupperware box Hair in the shower stall in my studio suite Extremely Loud noise from upstairs and check out receptionist tells me I have to wait 8 to 12 business days to get my Security deposit back and gave me a blank receipt for payment

I was excited for the apartment-style setup of the hotel room. But there was no hand soap in the bathroom. No body wash nor conditioner in the shower. The soap dispensers kept falling off the wall. To make it worse, the AC in my room was broken. The wall monitor for the AC was unable to turn on at all. I expected more basics.

Meh. The entire property (including my room) smelled like cigarettes and there was rarely anyone working the front desk.

Zimmer hat extrem nach Urin gerochen! Konnten das Schlafzimmer überhaupt nicht nutzen. Überall hat es nach Grass gerochen. Beim Frühstück wurde an allem gespart und kaum aufgefüllt! Quasi immer nur Reste. Personal hat immer aufs Handy geschaut und nie gegrüßt. Küche hatte keine Küchenutensilien. Lüftung extrem laut! Aufzug war defekt, sodass wir mit 3 Kindern und Kinderwagen bis auf den 4. Stock die Treppe nehmen mussten. Selbst wenn man mir Geld zahlen würde, würde ich dort nicht mehr einchecken wollen.

Great "budget" hotel, like that I had a suite. No real complaints, just think the carpet should be updated.

Nothing, your person at the desk was rude and after having the reservation for a month there was no reservation in the computer for me and my family. Then he lets me know there were no rooms available.
