"Would stay again."

Had some trouble with the keys but the person at the counter was very helpful and got us switched to a different room. Unfortunately that meant we went from a Murphy bed to a hide a bed for our third person which was not comfortable.

My first night was all right. The second day my bathroom and shower was plugged and I report it first thing in the morning.I came back to the hotel after 5 pm my room was not cleaned and the toilet and tub was still plugged and most of the employees can’t speak English only Spanish.

"I don’t plan on staying here again"

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for at least 5 minutes. I was charged at 7am the morning of then at check in, charged again. I had to wait until checkout for them to process my funds back to my account. I brushed that off but when I got bitten by a bedbug in my sleep, that was it!
