Excellent stay with great service and a perfect location! The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the mini fridge was a nice bonus. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Jesille for her outstanding customer service. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again!

"Exceptional Service"

Great Location. What we loved most was the on-site parking for $55, which we found very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Jasmine was the best! She went above and beyond to make out stay special. After we checked in, she followed up tp make sure everything in the room was perfect, and she even gave us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon. Her exceptional customer service made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel. Feels upscale and not over the top. Smells nice which doesn’t happen often in SF. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind. Hotel is very conveniently located by the Moscone center and has great shopping/dining options nearby.
