Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Loved the location. Room was nice. Staff was great!!

I had a great experience at Hotel Zelos. The environment was clean, and it was close to other food places for breakfast. We also had easy access to the Metro. Parking in San Francisco is challenging, so be prepared to look for a multistory car park nearby, if using a car. This issue is not related to the hotel.

Hotel Zelos was a fantastic stay! The front desk staff was kind and very accommodating. The hotel was centrally located and there was easy access to everything I wanted to do in the city. Great food surrounding the area, and lots to do. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, very friendly staff very clean. My only complaint is that the air conditioner is either on and it’s cold or it’s off and it’s stuffy but considering the price it’s definitely the best place to stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Zelos. My friends and I stayed here to attend a Giants game. It’s around a 1 mile walk to Oracle Park and located around great places to eat and a Trader Joe’s! I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt modern and relaxing.

Location is in the downtown district so the walking score ate! The atmosphere is similar to Downtown Chicago with a bit of downtown NY mixed together. The rooms are elegant but modern, clean polished plush and tidy. You immediately feel comfy and safe. The deals are available and were plentiful in May 2026. I experienced a street concert from my window during the early to late afternoon but inside the hotel the noise level score is a 5/10 although I only experienced respectful neighbors. The service was top notch. Jasmine and 2 other Guest Services members I met were inviting, warm, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. I was able to work out on all the equipment in the gym where towels were provided and a fountain to full up on water. There’s ala carte breakfast from 7a-11a w/comp coffee and tea. A beautiful bar and an outside garden patio with fire pit to enjoy your dinner. You ATE!!!!!! Thank you so much.
