Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Great service and location. Jazmine and Jesille were great and so kind with me! I’ll return obviously

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the true star is Jazzmine. She’s the receptionist. She goes above and beyond! She is so sweet and made our check in feel like a breeze. We also asked for a microwave and it was in our room in less than 5 minutes. She gives speedy and efficient service.

Second year at the same place and will repeat always. Amanzing reception and incredible caring. Totally recommend.

I stayed for one night. Great location, close to public transportation, food, grocery stores, and shopping! Room was neat and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and available for any questions. I arrived earlier than planned and they assisted me with checking in early. Noise was minimal. Overall, a great hotel and would stay here again!

The property was undated and clean inside. Staff was really friendly.

No security. Lots of homeless right outside the door. Entry is right next to Trader Joe’s, which made for lots of homeless men and women asking for things. The pictures are totally misleading. The entry door is on the side next to the entrance to Trader Joe’s. The hotel is just the top of vacant buildings. It was the old navy building before it went out. Across the street is Ross which had to board up the broken window during our stay.
