"NOT HELPFUL!"

The worse customer service ever! So not helpful! Came here for the game and we were thrilled and excited. We asked the lady at front desk where we can go to grab some nice drinks with happy hour and food, she then told us to another hotel, and when we got there, the receptionist told us it does not open until 4pm. So, i don’t know why she would send us there to walk if it was closed! It was just so frustrating and we were definitely mislead!

This place was an amazing experience! Great service, atmosphere, clean rooms, and convenient location to public transportation! Jeff was amazing and super helpful to us during our stay. He gave us recommendations about where to visit. The hotel had a lot of great amenities too! Great price point too. We had an amazing honeymoon trip!

"Misleading with great staff but poor cleanliness and wrong room descriptions/pictures"

Good location, great staff, didn’t try to restaurant, but the room was dirty and the furniture in the executive city view king room didn’t match the pics and descriptions, it was the same as the lower level king room which is misleading as I reserved the room based on those characteristics just to find out I overpaid and did not have the comfort and convenience that was advertised

"Hotel Zelos, an unexpected surprise"

The zelos was a last minute booking for us. Having zero insight we booked lt. Check in was breeze, baggage help, easy and the room was perfect. Jessica at the front desk made it so easy and pleasant I have no problem giving this recommendation, bonus the room was quiet and the beds were great. Pillows were not so great, could use a variety for different types of sleepers.
