The Listel Hotel Vancouver

Great hotel with fantastic customer service. We appreciated the evening wine tasting, morning coffee service, and free bike rental. The water taps of still and sparkling water kept us hydrated. We loved the art too. Value added amenities. I would stay again! Thanks, Listel!

I have stayed jere before. I always consider this hotel die to the wonderful staff, great location, comfortable room, and the amenities! Including electric bikes (summer) available for use up to 3 hours. My favorite amenites are the filtered water and sparking water on each floor, the glass water bottle to use during your stay, and, my most favorite if all; the french press coffee delivered by room service each morning. It is lovely to sit in the window seat enjoying a fresh cup of coffee!

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Free french press coffee service and wine happy hour. Was told the breakfast was great at the attached Forage restaurant but didn’t eat there. We walked everywhere- no car necessary. Close to shopping, great dining, Davie St, bike rentals. The Harbour waterfront and Sunset Beach. Love this area. You do pay for the location though and our view was not exciting.

Room are excellent but bathroom too small n on t sure why

Rooms were dated and dark which gives the impression of dinginess. Plus were lose, counters in the bathroom were dark colored so it felt cramped and dark, even with the lights on. The water bottles were a nice touch but were not clean (having said that, we didn’t need them.. had we needed them, we would have just requested clean ones.. I’m sure they would have been happy to provide them). The a/c was not great, in either of the rooms we had. We didn’t even really need it cooler, we just needed more air flow. But not much was coming out. Staff was super nice. Lobby was small but the art installations were fun to see. Only one elevator worked when we were there, and they were small. But we never waited very long for one. We were also on the 3rd floor so could have used the stairs if needed. The location is where this place really gets its value. Everything is within walking distance. Convention center is like a 20 min walk, cruise port is 8 min drive, 20 min walk (if you packed light, anyway haha) So many restaurants, bakeries and cute boutiques.. we wished we were staying longer than the one night. Would totally stay here again (but maybe bring a travel fan for the room for some additional air flow)

Excellent service at this property. Clean, quiet and convenient to transportation and shopping.

This was our first time in Canada - driving up. I had heard so many great stories about Vancouver but had no idea where was a good location for our hotel. Turns out this Listel Hotel on Robson was THE BEST choice! Artwork in the room and hallway of each floor. Complimenrary filtered still and sparkling water Complimentary French Press coffee or assorted teas served to the room each morning Attached to a superb restaurant - Forage Complimentary wine tasting at 5pm Complmentary “Thank you” cookies left in the valetted car after checkout There are so many patisserie, ramen, sushi, the whole gamut of international cuisine represented along both sides of Robson so close to the hotel. Breka Bakery Cafe’ 24/7 is one block away to satisfy your craving for freshly prepared dessert, breakfast breads, lunchtime sandwiches, etc. Always busy! The hotel and staff were superb. I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot be any more pleased with our memorable .CA trip and enjoying our stay here. If / when I return to Vancouver I will book here in a heartbeat.
