My husband and I are seasoned travelers. Traveling domestically and internationally for business and pleasure we have stayed at hundreds of hotels. We booked the Listel Hotel Vancouver for their exceptional location. The hotel is located on Robson Street and it is convenient to both Stanley Park and Vancouver Harbor. We checked in on Monday for a two night stay in the artist series king suite. From the moment we arrived in the driveway to the moment we departed 2 days later we experienced the perfect stay. Every photo on the website was accurate yet nicer in person. Every amenity listed was provided yet there were also nice unexpected touches. Every staff member was professional and efficient yet we also felt genuinely welcomed. We cannot remember a single hotel ever that surprised, delighted and charmed us the way The Listel Hotel Vancouver has.

We had time to explore Vancouver before leaving for the island. The hotel kept our bags free of charge so we did not have to drag them with us. Great service!

"Work Listel Trip"

I was only here for one night but the hotel has everything you need plus some surprise and delights (wine from 5-6 in the lobby, complimentary drink in restaurant, possible upgrades).

"Short stay, just fine"

This was just a one-night stay so I could be close to an event happening nearby the following day, rather than driving in from the suburbs on the day of the event. I had a very spacious suite with a king bed all to myself. The room was very quiet and I slept well. I used the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and a had a free drink in the pub -- all were fine. I had my check-out time extended by an hour, so my departure time would be close to the start of the event. Altogether, a good stay and no complaints.
