Great decor, clean, comfortable, perfect location for accessing public transportation or for walking to local sites and attractions. Quiet at night with the exception of our last night due to overnight construction for the weekend celebrations. The staff was friendly, professional and responsive to our requests.

Shower water tended to leak onto the floor.

"Hotel bien placé idéal dans le cadre du travail"

L'hôtel est agréable, bien situé, et présente une décoration de bon goût. Les chambres et salles de bain sont de bonne taille. L'accueil professionnel est rapide.

L'immeuble est un peu ancien et les isolations phoniques vers la rue sont mauvaises. C'est très bruyant. Bouchons anti bruit conseillés.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Housekeeping was top notch. The location was close to the things that were important to our stay. The restaurant was an added bonus.

Our room had 2 beds which was pretty tight. We were there for 4 nights & would have liked a dresser so we could unpack our suitcase. The refrigerator was pre-packed so we couldn’t use it to store any of our leftovers etc. Self serve Ice wasn’t available.

I just wanted to leave a little review to say how lovely Estella was during my stay. As someone who stays at in hotels regularly for work and is often travelling, having such a friendly and welcoming face really makes a difference. Estella was honestly so kind, welcoming and helpful from start to finish, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything and always did it with a smile. It’s people like her that can completely change your experience of a hotel and make it feel like a home away from home. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness, you really made my stay so much better, and I truly appreciate everything you did!
