The location

No hand towels, toilet paper or coffee pods left. Hand to ask at reception and maid several times. Also had to request ice and wait on it being hand delivered to your room.

Great location! The place feels very high-end - nice robes, linens, room service, etc. - but is also a great value. We loved being near a metro stop, as well as coffee places, restaurants and bookstores. We had a cocktail out on the patio which was also really lovely. Staff were great about providing restaurant recommendations! Oh - and the Nespresso machine is always nice.

For some reason, our room didn't get serviced the 2nd day we were there. By the time we returned to the room that day, it was late in the day so we chose not to say anything. I'm sure they would have been very responsive had we let them know.

Hotel was mice front of door were very welcoming

Staff in bar area were abrupt, so we d id not use bar area, room service did not top up shower shampoo.
