The check-in was extraordinary, handled by a member of the management team who was kind, friendly, and efficient—very professional. For customer service, a solid 10 out of 10. The hotel has spacious rooms; however, the shower has no water pressure at all, and taking a shower becomes an exercise in patience. The sink has adequate pressure, but the shower situation is truly disappointing. Additionally, the hotel advertises breakfast included, which is not true. The “breakfast” consists of a small bag with a couple of muffins, which is quite disappointing. They should be more honest.
