Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice for the price

My only complaint was that it was obvious someone had been smoking in the non smoking room. It was not too bad when we got there but worsened during the night

the grounds were unkept and it’s appears to be long term emergency sheltering . which takes away from the hotel short stay feel

Watched a couple of bugs in my room, small cockroach. Killed one. Too many big dogs staying in one area. Dogs were big not small 20 lb dogs. Barking most of my stay, playing at night making noise.

On the date of my stay, wind conditions carried smoke directly toward my room, and I was exposed to smoke inside the guest room. This resulted in physical symptoms and health impact, which required me to vacate immediately. A guest room affected by smoke infiltration from a fire is objectively unsafe regardless of whether other guests elected to stay elsewhere in the building. Hospitality standards and consumer protection principles do not require a guest to remain in an unsafe environment simply because others did so. Your obligation is to provide a safe, habitable accommodation to each individual guest, which was not met in my case. I again request a full refund for my stay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue escalation through: Corporate customer care My credit card issuer (chargeback for unsafe lodging) Appropriate consumer protection and health authorities

It was close to my wife's grandma's house.

There was construction working all night right out side so was a little bit hard to stay asleep and the only breakfast option was cereal
