"Room was good and comfortable."

Room was quite good. One lift was out of action so using the trade lift. Plenty of eating places nearby however they were all of east asian influence and alot did not have english menus.

Staff shortage in restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged early check in for us at 10am, the food and service in the restaurant downstairs was exceptional aswell. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch too.

Hotel is absolutely perfect for staying before an early flight but not a whole pile to do around the hotel itself

Room a good size, and comfortable. Very accommodating staff; able to check in early! Reasonably close to shopping and restaurants.

Hot tub out of service; looking forward to using. Breakfast would have been nice, for the price paid.

location across from Aberdeen Mall and there is a grovery store behind it and a decent Chinese restaurant "connected" on level 2 withing walking distance.

If water complimentary bottles of water would be give to guests at check-in. That is a good amenity that a lot of hotels have. This one does not.
