Receptionist 的回應，及按着我的需要幫我轉換了一間適合的房間。環境清靜。

司機沒有按照我預約時間11點送我到機場，他10:40已打電話給我催促我要到大堂，否則就會離開。被他催促之下我落到大堂才發現我忘記了東西在房間，亦沒時間進行check out, 之後要打電話回酒店詢問Deposit的安排。當我回去房間去取東西時，我朋友在車上等待，她告訴我司機要將我的行李搬出，說因為我阻礙其他乘客離開。導致所有乘客都以為我是遲到而阻礙他們的行程。其實司機想盡快離開。他離開酒店的時間是上午10:50，我聽見他跟酒店職員聯絡說已經照顧好11點的乘客，如有乘客想乘搭11點去機場的車，請叫他們乘坐11:30那一班。我覺得安排帶來混亂，亦會令到趕着去機場的乘客和我帶來不安。

Easy access to the public transport into central Vancouver. Room upgrade was appreciated.

Transport to and from airport a little chaotic and busy…in the low season. Dread to think what it would be like in the height of the summer. Lifts mostly out of action which meant lengthy waits for getting down to the lobby…and missed the bus transfer back to the airport…with more waiting. Not major issues but could do with some improvement
