Hotel location was perfect for me

Cleaning of room was not done everyday even though "Do not disturb" board was not put. Looks a bit understaffed. When i ask for water it takes more than 15-20 mins to get it. Also by default there is no cutlery and kettle in the room. This is disappointing as this is a premium hotel and basic things should be available by default
