I’d rate 5/5 for the hotel’s infrastructure. Big rooms, good renovations and great AC. But the service here is just not up to Delta’s standards. I’m sorry. We asked a bottle opener through the phone. Reception replied “Sir, come downstairs, we don’t come to you!” The reception’s reply is very unprofessional, rude, and impolite. We fully understand staffs don’t come to our rooms due to security or other reasons, but more polite and professional replies will be appreciated.

Great location. Staff were very friendly!

The pillows were awful. The bed was hard. The coffee cups leaked. They only left one regular coffee and the other was decafe. The metal plate in shower was very loud.
