USUSLocation that’s it! We were going to an event and it was within walking distance even though we drove. The service clerk was new which wasn’t an issue so she kept apologizing. Great service!
Dead cockroaches were outside, the beds were so uncomfortable, the ironing board cover needed changing so we couldn’t iron our clothes if we wanted to, the floor held a lot of moisture from whatever caused it and also there was something frozen in the freezer that didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it!!

It’s was dirty stains on the walls and doors. When we told the front desk clerk instead of changing our room, he said he would just give us a refund. The breakfast was horrible complementary breakfast, only waffle and cereal and coffee.
