Hotel Ilaia

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We booked at the last minute due to an unexpected change of plans and yet they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Such wonderful people!! I cannot say enough good things about their kindness!

The hotel is very modern, clean and cozy with a great indoor roof top terrace. But even more they have amazing people working there! We had to leave one night earlier because of a storm forecast and they went above and beyond to cancel our credit card payment for the second night, even though it was a bit of a hassle with the bank. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to stay here again :) and can recommend it to anyone

El personal muy amable y el desayuno

Großartiges, kleines Hotel etwas oberhalb vom Zentrum von Punta Arenas. Tolles, sehr nettes, aufgeschlossenes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer funktional mit allem nötigen Komfort. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Lieben Dank an Juanita für die herzliche Betreuung beim Frühstück. Der Avocado-Humus ist unübertroffen. Nicht vergessen: Das Dachgeschoss mit unvergleichlichem Blick.

Todo fue excelente, partiendo por la atención todos muy amables y muy atentos, despues la limpieza excepcional, el orden los detalles todo fue perfecto, puedes servirte cafe, te y quequitos super ricos de forma gratuita en cualquier horario. la temperatura de la habitacion y del hotel en general excelente, limpieza de baños y habitacion perfecto, estacionamiento perfecto, mirador en el tercer piso perfecto. Volveria a punta Arenas por que es una ciudad muy linda, no la conocia y bueno si o si volveria a este Hotel. Saludos Ricardo V

todo fue perfecto, no hubo nada que no me hubiese gustado. felicitaciones a todos los trabajadores, hacen un excelente trabajo. lo comparo con otros hoteles de mayor renombre a nivel mundia y nacional y este ha sido excelentisimo

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful—they really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect: close enough to downtown Punta Arenas to explore easily, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The rooftop was a highlight, and the homemade breakfast felt warm and authentic. The room was spacious with a cozy bed, and the bathroom was spotless. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast—perfect for getting work done if needed.

Nothing significant—it was a great stay overall.
