Un hôtel magnifique et une équipe jeune et dynamique. Un vrai havre de paix où l on se sent bien.

Un peu trop excentré et surtout très haut, mais l accueil vaut l effort

Schattige plaats met eigen parkeergelegenheid, lieve mensen en superlekker ontbijt. Ruime zeer propere kamers. Je komt hier helemaal tot rust.

Bathroom a little small

This was our second stay at Hotel Ilaia. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet residential area, only a few steps from the city centre and near the Mirador Cerro de la Cruz, with the best panoramic views of the city. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful and speaks very well english. The hotel is brand new and the room was spacious, bright and comfortable with a fantastic bed. A very delicious breakfast is served by Juanita with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly made fruit salad, chapati, fresh cheese, bread and avocados guacamole, in addition to the regular dishes available for breakfast. The hotel is well cared for with a particular attention to detail.

There is no elevator so it might be a challenge for heavy suitcases.

Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Our room was a bit smaller than we expected but comfortable and generally quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and we liked that snacks, fruit and drinks were available at any time. At the top of the hotel is a lovely room with great views over Punta Arenas. The hotel is a bit further from the centre than we anticipated but ok if you don't mind a walk
