"Inviertan en el Hotel."

La habitación todo bien 🙂

No me gustó el descuido en su estructura del Hotel , cubetas recogiendo agua en los pasios no se ve bonito 🤷

"Afternoon front desk made me smile."

Afternoon front desk was amazing, and smile and happy. She made the stay pleasant. If it was not for her, I would be giving a much lower score.

Morning front desk was rude, and would not let me start the check in paperwork even If the room was not ready. Both me and another gentleman complained to the afternoon front desk agent about the morning agent. She left right at 3:00pm even thought he next agent was not there, and she could't care less.

"Excellent"

I especially liked Viva. The staff was helpful especially with the constant resetting of the door keys. They were helpful with incoming mail and packages too. The room is as expected and was a nice cozy space for me.

It was very loud and not all that clean. Some of the guest were nice while others were a nuisance. Honetowne
