Weed smoking right at the stairs entrance and the broken elevator ruined the stay

My stay was adequate for the night. The elevator was not operating at the time

The host was kind and helpful. The hotel was located close to all the venues that I needed to visit during my stay

Kitchen was bad at best, def not a hotel type. Made for long term living. No dishes provided, bed linens and towels only swapped out once a week.

The photos showing the hotel are not accurate. They show wooden floors and colorful walls. The actual room had old, dirty carpet that had rips and stains on it. Also, the elevator was broken and we had to walk up 3 flights with all our bags. The worst part was the hallway full of cigarette smoke. The overall condition of the hotel is horrible and shouldn’t be listed on any 3rd party sites. We had booked 3 days for an event and checked out immediately after the first night.

Location

Dirty, small, pillows smelled like sweat. Bed was a pallet. Staff did not accommodate us to a better room when she found out the room we booked online was no longer available. The room was a horrible down grade than what we paid for on line and was not properly reimbursed from the down grade. We had a terrible down grade. She did not do her best to make our stay a great experience. Could basically care less of what condition we were provided. Associate stated that we would get a call 10-minutes of getting to our room to check our satisfaction. No call was made. Pillows were flat and small, when we requested new pillows we were given rolled up blankets to sleep on. Toilet had old dried poop stuck to the toilet bowl. No essential toiletries or hygienics were provided or available, thank God we had our own. Television was so small, it was as if we were looking at a computer screen. Just a down right horrible experience.
