Overall the stay was fine. However, I booked online and pre paid for the room. After a 30 minute wait to gain access to the facility, the overnight front desk attendant advised me that my online payment was just a "hold" and that I still had to pay for the room I booked and that my card needed be swiped twice. Confusing to me but, I obliged.

I called to speak to someone about being charged twice for 1 room. Once online and then again upon entry. I was advised that I was due a refund and I would receive a call the next business day. The call never came, nor were my funds returned. I was basically robbed by the overnight clerk and the error was clearly noticed in their system.

Staff were friendly and helpful but this place is definitely no-frills, run-down, and no amenities whatsoever. Bring your own shampoo and tissues. Walls and floors are thin. No staff onsite at all after 10pm.
