This was the most disappointing and disgusting place I have stayed in my life! Not only did they false advertise, stating that they were fully functional kitchens, fully stocked, and that the room included a hairdryer, which none of that was true. The bed was hard as a rock. The floor was sticky and nasty. The shower curtain was stain and had pen markings all over it. The hallway smelled like marijuana all the time my room had a weird, nasty, moldy smell. There was black mold growing in the bathroom. I stayed there for 18 days and only got my room cleaned once and I had to ask for it, I had to pay extra for another towel. I had to pay extra to get pots and pans. I had to pay extra to get an extra roll of toilet paper because they expected me to use one towel and one roll of toilet paper for 18 days with two people. There was no coffee pot in the room. I had to go buy a coffee pot. I had to go buy a pillow because the pillows on the bed were flat. The bathroom door did not close all the way or lock the thing that annoyed me. The most was that I had to pay for trash bags and I had to take out my own trash for $2200 for 18 days. I would have expected better service the front desk girls acted like there was nothing that they could do and that this was just the way it was.

Very convenient ti the base and many restaurants. I didnt like how much they charge for kitchen pots, pans, silverware making it to expense for a 3-day stay.

There is nothing good to say about this dump. Waited 15 minutes to find someone to get checked in. Booked a suite with a kitchen, it was a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink, no kitchen supplies AT ALL. No forks, knives, spoons but they would sell them to you. No chair to sit at the table to eat. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No public ice machine. No Bible in.the drawer!!!!

Limited front desk hours, hallways were dark and dirty, curtains were in bad shape, no dishes - $20 for a set. Room was clean enough, but was obviously well used.

Front desk personnel was very knowledgeable and made sure you felt right at home

Jaqulin at the front desk was amazing! I stayed to move in my son who will be staying for 11 weeks for an internship. Jaqulin was so helpful and kind. I feel like he is in good hands.

None smoking room was smoked in alot!! Room looked like a bar room brawl took place in it, everything was broken. What a dump!!
