Room was dirty, a lot of trash under the beds and the tub was disgusting it’s supposed to be white but it was brown looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Services were terrible I tried to check in after I paid in advance but wouldn’t allow me to until my other guest arrived even tho it was only my name on the reservation to check in. Key cards stopped working after about an hour and wouldn’t issue new ones and there were no towels and wash rags in the room I went down to ask for more and I was told no. This isn’t a hotel it’s a motel.

Stayed here for 7 nights and was troubled by how the hotel handles guests with disabilities. I checked in and noted I am traveling with a dog and have a disability, asked for a room on the 1st floor in my reservation- one wasn't available and was told only the 3rd floor. I was also told that I couldn't use the elevator with my dog because of other people and allergies, and had to use the steps. I don't understand that all - you will run into people in the hallway that may have allergies?? (Mind you, I also have allergies to cats, which are allowed at this hotel, but ok) - During my stay, I encountered other aggressive dogs in the hallway and almost fell down the steps in an attempt to pull my dog back into the hallway door until the aggressive dog passed down the steps. This was a nightmare for me with having issues going up and down the stairs. I also advised them that I would use the stairs to go down and come back up using the elevator, since I couldn't do both, and kept encountering hotel workers who kept telling me I couldn't use the elevator. Then don't put people who have a disability on the 3rd floor and expect them to realistically be able to do that. I was very disappointed and advise folks if you have a disability and traveling with a dog and are unable to get a room on the first floor, you should look elsewhere - I wish I could get a refund because my time spent was miserable and felt like I had to keep explaining myself regarding my disability....

The service and cleanliness was great across the board. I got the sense that some patrons that were staying at the location at the time of my stay were sketchy, but I would not dock the property for that as they have a number of procedures and policies in place to maintain safety and service above everything.
