"Last minute reservation"

The price for a last minute reservation was good. We had a broken heating issue and a CO alarm so we had to leave our house right away. The receptionist was very kind and helpful getting us checked in quickly.

There was a slight disinfectant(?) smell. Also no ice machine and the ice trays in the fridge were empty. Small problems but thought you'd want to know.

Having a kitchenette in the room was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was not very clean. We had to change our bed linens due to what looked like grease spots. The bathroom was not well cleaned at all. The lobby smelled like marijuana.

"Bare bones facility. Will never use Extended Stay again"

TV was broken, hot water faucet in bathroom sink didn’t work. No ice machine in facility. No tissue paper. Had to use toilet paper to blow nose. Almost all hotels have a coffee maker in the room. This one does not. Mattress was too hard.
