Extended Stay America Select Suites - Lexington Park - Pax River

The entire staff I met including Taquea, Jackie, and Kayena are amazing. They are always willing to go 'above and beyond' for me evertime I've stayed there while in the area.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

No housekeeping during my 2-week stay. The television listed housekeeping every week and changing out towels as needed. Neither was done at this site. I had to launder my own towels for two weeks. An iron was provided, but no ironing board. I had to borrow one. No vacuuming was performed so I had to borrow one, and that took 2 days to get. I was only provided one roll of toilet paper and no shampoo, which was supposed to be provided at check-in. I had a kitchenette but no dishes, drying rack, pots or pans. I was told I could borrow some or buy packs. Why weren't these just provided??

This is the third time I have stayed there the first time the remote didn’t work for the TV, the second time the refrigerator banged all night long. This was our third time and it was for a funeral and we had to bring our three dogs so that meant we had to reserve two rooms And I think it’s a shame that it cost us over $900 total for two rooms for three people, three dogs, and to have our toilet, not be able to flush in one of the rooms and the light fixture had a plastic part all across the light it fell because it was taped on there. I will never stay there again and I can’t believe that they charged us as much as they did. I was quoted 549 not 950 never again

Absolutely nothing!

Everything. It was the most ghetto set up I've ever seen . Absolutely no staff in the building early morning late nights . Drug deals going on outside . People hanging out everywhere . It was quickly deemed unsafe for my family . The craziest part ? I only needed to put my girls in a hotel room while something was being done to our home . Therefore the room would have only been needed for the duration of my work day and then we would have went home . I picked up the phone dialed the 500 # to try and check in and quickly determined by my surroundings as well as the hassle I was going to need to go through with there being no staff present that it wasn't for us . I went to a hotel by the Marriott right up the street . The price most significantly higher but due to that there was zero chance of attracting the same types of people .

The place and bed was clean and comfortable. Great staff. Would go back again.

My only dislike was that I've never been to a hotel that they needed everybody's I.D.

For a place with kitchenette, not even kitchen towels were provided, forget basic pots/pans. If you wanted, you needed to purchase for $30!! Room smelled musty/damp.

The only nice thing about the place is thar it's tucked in away from the road. Front desk isn't open till 10am, which is a problem when the room i was staying in needed maintenance - hot water in bathroom sink wouldn't turn off. The problem couldn't be fixed, was not offered a different room or discount.
