Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk, and I had to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone showed up. The elevator was out of service, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there was no ice machine or water dispenser available for guests. Breakfast was a major letdown — very limited and poor in quality. For the price I paid, I’ve stayed at much better hotels that offered significantly more in terms of service and amenities. I would not choose to stay here again.

The location had easy access to freeway but enough away so it was quite.

Check-in at the desk was excessively slow considering I had booked ahead and paid for my stay less the fee for my dog as that was required at the property. Approximately 15 minutes. I have stayed at extended stay many times and never experienced such a delay. Elevator broken we have wheelchair, the person working desk didn't tell us so I asked how we would get upstairs as she put us on floor 2. Another guest had to tell me. We were not placed in a handicap accessible room.though it was requested and reminded at check-in. When we called desk, we were told the other handicap access room had a water leak but didnt tell us that at check in either, our room was all the way on the opposite side of where the only access door for us was...literally across the entire hotel away from our room 203 and the access point was near the farthest rooms on floor 2. 5 hallways away. I am carrying bags, dogs on leash in hand, and pushing wheel chair as they are carpet halls. After we called the desk, they did bring us a handicap chair for the bathroom as there were no bars, and it was a tub, not a Walk in shower. The bed was lumpy and atrocious. When I went for coffee the next morning, there was no unsweetened creamer, not even powder. I don't use sugar or sweetener creamer, and I am not sure why you assume that all people do that want cream. There were also lots of grounds in coffee. Why is there no ice machine on this property. Though the bathroom was spacious, it was not clean, and the walls looked like mildew was building up. The vent didn't work in the bathroom.

It was good. No shampoo or conditioner but overall, it was a good stay.

Staff were helpful and friendly, but this hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The elevator was broken which limited accessibility for us, as disabled guests. Everything for kitchen use had to be checked out which was inconvenient, especially with disabilities and a broken elevator. The whole hotel smells like stale cigarettes. You can only resolve that with new carpet, new drapes, and new paint. My room was not thoroughly cleaned. "Breakfast included" is misleading because coffee, tea, a muffin, fruit bar, or oatmeal package isn't really "breakfast". The online pictures do not reflect what I saw offered. Trash room, laundry room, and snack room were clean and well stocked! Need handicapped parking at all entrances to the hotel; otherwise, your hotel isn't accessible to the disabled, especially with a broken elevator! Handles on fridge need to be kitchen friendly (see picture). No point in having a tub without a plug to take a bath! It's discouraged because voucher guests flood the place without consequences! I've got picture and video evidence to prove everything I've written!

Staff was wonderful. I would give 5 stars but the elevator was down for most of our visit. A corporate issue that should be resolved immediately.

This place is disgusting. Worst than motel 6. Regret ever staying here
