Rooms old and dated, but somewhat OK, but there were people on the floor above us jumping up and down and making lots of loud noise both nights were were there, and other people also staying there said the same thing in different parts of the hotel.

The hotel was ok.

I was charged alot for wifi. They have it free n I didn't know it so I paid extra for it. Not happy. Booking I used can't help nor did hotel help reverse my fee for wifi. I was happy beside that n not alot of channels on TV.

Very quiet. Very comfortable.

Some dated amenities, but not enough to deter us from coming back in the future.

Would appreciate more modern/slightly bigger tv. Might be good investment at least for longer stay studio. At least the one I stayed at (room 142) was average.

Clean rooms and kitchens with friendly staff and near PayPal Stadium for Earthquakes games.

There was no hot water for a shower, but only lukewarm water.

If you are a long term stayer, it's pretty good value for the location. The front desk is usually very responsive and helpful except in the middle of the night sometimes. The rooms are nice. The amenities are okay but the location is top tier. You cannot have a better hotel location.

They have great team at the reception, professional, attentive, and up beat. The location is central yet quiet and a block away from Santa Clara University.

Location was nice, shared in a small strip mall directly across from Santa Clara University, next to the train station, but noise level was very low. Quiet and comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom sink and tub were stopping up. Stayed 2 nights very comfortably as a solo traveler. Overall, felt like sraing in a studio apartment, which I loved. Would stay again.
