Room on second floor. No elevator. Bathtub floor was slick. Could have used more light in the room.

The bed was very comfortable!

Poor maintenance, dirty bathroom ( tub, toilet and floor) and I had to ask EVERYTHING. The clerk didn’t tell me what direction to go to my room, what time breakfast started, that a cleaner would be at my room at 8am , I had to ask about for information and was surprised when the housekeeper showed up. The fridge was broken, the tv didn’t work properly.
