Ok

No elevator; I am handicapped and did not know there was no elevator. Lugging suitcases up the stairs was a problem. Had I known about this I would have booked a different hotel.

Great location. Right on the highway, but no noise. Charming little neighborhood/center. Close to shopping, grocery store, etc. Staff was great. Pool was clean. Rooms were clean & large enough.

Breakfast was just okay; powdered eggs were tasteless. Very clean, though!

The location was good.

Everything is uncomfortable. As soon as you walk in- it’s just ugh. Then …No elevator- we’re capable so stairs is not a problem but it’s also not enjoyable to hike up stairs carrying your baggage and keeping the kids together, it just sucked. The room was disgusting- crumbs on the carpet, double mattresses not queens (hard as laying on a concrete floor), dirty sheets, NASTY duvets, shower curtain was horrendous… the furniture that the tv and refrigerator are on/ in was ridiculous. It was just gross. I’m exhausted.
