Good range of options for breakfast, both hot and cold. Comfy beds. Good shower. Not luxurious, but totally adequate and comfortable. Proximity to central square with its shops etc was a good plus.

The central auto hot water / coffee machine for clients was broken. Room towels were still very wet next morning.

The hospitality was on point! The staff is amazing, the location is prefect, the rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is great, they provide a water dispenser (the first I see in South America!) so you can refill your water bottle. 100% recommend!

We liked very much the location and the Staff! We did a mistake in booking and thought we had a parking, the staff was so nice to help us solve this issue. Armando was even reserving the space for our motorbikes to park the second night. Excellent restaurant at the corner - Amazonika Restaurent - just wonderful drinks and food … we went the 3 nights of our stay 🤗

The breakfast could have fruits or better bread, but clearly bread is not a strong point of Chachapoyas 🫢

the owners are lovely and very helpful and the location is great BUT it is sooo noisy! It must back on to a school gymnasium as there are screaming children all day and in the evening you can hear absolutely everything from adjacent rooms.
