La Casa de Los Balcones

It is clean.

None of the rooms of have outside windows, it is suffocating and depressing. Noise reverberates throughout the hotel. Staff partied all night, and laughed in my face when I asked them to stop. One cannot sleep here.

Nice place. In the center. Good breakfast. Big hotel. Big rooms.

Everything was fine

It is located a few blocks from the main square. Very quiet and the staff is very helpful!

Lovely people who make your stay enjoyable. Nice breakfast included. Close to Plaza de Armas. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel to anyone.

On the positive side, the bed itself was comfortable.

The whole place feels ver crammed. Public places without soul, no decoration, dusty and dirty. Room very small.

Sustanciaso y natural

The greatest thing about our visit to this hotel was the fantastic service from Omar, who seemed to do everything! He helped us with our visit the next day to Kuelap and was friendly and instructive. The shower was one of the best I've ever been in in a hotel. The Wifi was good and the location is fabulous, right next to the main square. There is free parking on the street right in front of the hotel and there always seemed to be some available. Breakfast was good too.
