Suburban Studios Abercorn

Staff is great, location is great and it is very affordable. If not looking for anything special just need a cheap place to lay your head this is it.

cleaning staff was awesome woke up after 12:00 am staff had been by twice located them on other side of building asked would they return to clean room with a pleasant reply they said they would be there in 5 minutes and was there in 5 minutes or less with a very pleasant attitude needless to say we look forward to our next stay

I have no complaints on the room. The hotel was worth the value.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pet friendly rooms smelled of cat and dog urine. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bed linens did not look or smell clean. Slept on my own linens and pillows I took on my Vacation. The whole hotel was dirty and run down. It was also in a bad section of town and was a little scary for 2 women. If I were Cheap Tickets, I would take this hotel off of my list.

This is the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I have ever seen, and the customer service was terrible. Reserved a Queen room but walked into a Full room that smelled like the inside of a dirty gym bag with dirty bedding. Other accommodations weren't available, so we left in forfeit of one night's fee and a $75 pet deposit.

The room was small to say the least. The site says every room has a hair dryer..they do not. And if you ask the desk, they don't either...so pack that no matter what the site says. The room was ok to say the most. Small, dark and dirty. Right now there is a ton of road construction in front of hotel so getting in and out is very hectic as it is closed down to one lane. As we left, my standard is to check under the bed to make sure we didn't drop anything....really really wish I hadn't of done that..or at leat done it as soon as we walked in. No need for details..just gross.

The First room reeked of Cigarette smoke (Expedia doesn't give you an option.) I informed them I was allergic to cigarette smoke, and they first refused to change my room. Eventually they gave in and gave me a "non-smoking" room that also reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was exceptionally small and very old in it's furnishings. I ended up not staying at all but going down the street and renting a room at Days Inn. The staff's only response was, "You know this is non-refundable right?" I will challenge it with VISA

This hotel's staff was great but the room sucked! There was roaches in the fridge and I believe that there was bed bugs. I am still itching from the stay, I wouldn't recommend this place for my animal let alone a person, think twice before booking a stay here!
