"great service, gross room"

Stayed 2 nights for a concert at the coliseum and had some issues. The service was great, anytime we needed anything it was taken care of. That is where the compliments end. We had absolutely no hot water in our shower. the kitchenette & bathroom sink would put out steaming hot water almost immediately but we tried to run the shower 3 separate times over 3 days and it never even got lukewarm. Ended up going to another hotel a friend was staying at to shower. We did not have pillows or curtains in our room & had to go ask. Our TV also wasnโ€™t working. There was hair in our shower and our kitchenette burners were missing pieces. the beds were very uncomfortable and the boxsprings had some questionable stains on them. overall the room just wasnt very clean. for spending $250, i wasnโ€™t expecting a castle but we could have at least had hot water.

"Will not consider this chain again."

The front desk lady was friendly and very efficient.

The moment i stepped into the lobby, it smelled horrible. Cigarette smell (and other substances) it was very unkept. I understand its a cheap value but the pictures arent very truthful. My room was very unkept. The kitchen area has seen better days. I felt uncomfortable, i ended up leaving that same evening after work meetings.

Itโ€™s was nice and snug for a 2night stay. The usual noise from upstairs and next door, but no unwanted interruptions or anything. Definitely will come again. I had to clean everything again before moving in the room but itโ€™s all good. :)
