The location wasn’t bad

I did not like that I could not cook in my room which is why I wanted a room with that ability. I don’t know if you charged more for that but if you did then I deserve a partial refund because basically I stayed in a regular type room. The stove, and fridge was there but no pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware. I am sorry you have a theft problem but if you are not going to guarantee these things when someone reserve that type of room then you need to tell them to bring their own. This should be on your website. Also maybe you should look into better security for this place. That might help in knowing who takes the stuff. This also should include the iron since I did not have one in my room and the front desk did not have one. You can have people sign these out and give them back when they leave and if they don’t then they will be charged for them. Just an idea. I had to spend more money than I planned because I could not cook. I also wanted a coffee maker but did not have that and yes I know you have free coffee in the morning I wanted to be able to have coffee when I wanted. I bought with me what I needed for that and just took it back home and spent money on coffee. This is why you did not get a 10 rating.

I enjoyed my stay at studio 6 peaceful and safe

Nothing, it was filthy disgusting and dirty. I didn’t check in. It smelled disgusting, looked disgusting

I didn’t stay there. False advertising (Pictures are not of this property). The place has stained carpets throughout the building and in the rooms, paint pealing on the walls and the walls were filthy

The hotel is filthy. The hotel needs a major renovation with the removal of all carpet and install a better flooring. The lampshades need to be replaced, the kitchen updated, new window treatment. The dogs and visitors on the first floor only. I would not recommend this hotel because of its present living condition. A refund would be considerably wonderful 😊

Dirty, smelly, poor up-keeping

I was highly dissappointed when I arrived at the hotel. The young Black man and the custodian were very helpful and cordial. The manager, was not ugly but appeared but was not helpful. Upon arrival, I expressed a need for an iron and board. She told me they did not provide those anymore but would see if she could find one. Well, the evening went on and there was no communication at all. When I spoke with the Black grentleman, he expressed concern but shared there was not an iron or board available. I did attempt to make the situation work in spite of the room having a bed with only two sheets and two pillows. There was nothing (i.e. utensils, in the room but a small refegerator, dim lights, and a table in the corner of the room. I took pictures because no one would believe me. Oh,I forgot to add that the area below the sink was open as if not completed carpentry. The custodian did, however, correct the toilet seat. The longer I tried to make things work, the more upset I became. I have stayed at this place when it was a Surburban Extended Stay Hotel. Needless to say,it was well kept and the amenities, included in ther price, were present. I ended up moving out to another hotel which was truly an inconvenience! Also planninbg a presentation for the next day was nearly impossible. I must add that all of the areas I was exposed to were clean, however needing serious repairs and updating! The Black man was underdstanding and reimbursed my money!
