Studio 6 Extended Stay - Hampton, VA - Langley AFB Area

It's nasty and dirty. Roaches all in the room. Nasty sheets and no comforter or blanket, no trash cans, curtains have holes in them. Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches. Plan NASTY.

The hallways were horrible (no air conditioning, dirty walls, smell and horrible carpet) Had some bugs in the room(which made me not want to cook) the bed was horrible and found animal food on the floor (s the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned) and once again dirty walls which I wiped down myself

Checking was great the front desk personnel was very helpful and professional.

My problem with this property was the smell of smoke in the hallways and room, overall it wasn't clean.

The only thing that was good about this property was the lady at the front desk. The original room I had the A/C didn’t work. The whole building felt like the a/c was out, it smelt like smoke, it was hella noisy. I didnt even stay the whole time I was there

This hotel didnt hold a reservation for a two bed room, so I was forced to cancel and make alternate accommodations

Wasn’t told that they had to cancel one of the 2 rooms I reserved. I found out when I called the morning of check in to prepay. Was told they had no other rooms available. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager wouldn’t tell me any different and didn’t let me speak with him/her. I canceled the remaining room and asked not to be charged a cancellation fee and was told to call Booking. Com and let them know that the fee was waived. I called Booking. Com and was told they would cfax the facility to verify and would let me know by email or message when resolved. Haven’t heard anything yet from Booking. com and it’s been 3 days!

Half way from Jersey traveling with our blind dog to attend my cousins wedding . Get a call that there’s a plumbing issue and that our room was cancelled . Not even considering to offer a room on a different floor . Very disappointed

Rooms look almost nothing like the pictures, paint peeling off of everything. No cookware provided like stated. Microwave was hanging off the cabinet. Toilet and ac unit among other things were held together with tape. Box spring was not the right size. Twin sized box spring for a full sized bed. Everything was dirty, flies and insects around the room. Entire building smells like cigarettes. Overall disgusting property and would never recommend.

The bugs as seriously intolerable. The carpets were filthy and the beds were hard. I was itching for two days after sleeping in the bed. Seriously need and upgrade.
