Nothing because I was charged for a room and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available

The hotel could not accommodate me bc they did not have staffing for night. Instead of canceling my reservation they have charged me. I have called, emailed and reached out several times.

The lack of professionalism and clarity on a simple matter.

Staff friendly. Property appearance was fine. Bed linen and pillows clean. Disability access room available.

The bathroom tub very dirty and black. Microwave spill was not cleaned up. Floor dirty. Mop. No lamp shade. Just bulbs.
