Super friendly staff, clean room

There was nothing to like.

There were people hanging out of the windows of other rooms yelling back and forth to each other. There was homeless people in the parking lot. There were signs for a fish fry that was going on in one of the hotel rooms. I walked into the check-in office and it raped of marijuana. We felt very uncomfortable and decided we were not going to stay there so I canceled my reservation.

I liked the location of the property and how close I was to food and activities

I didn’t like upon my arrival my room had not been set up. The TV, curtains, stove, and other amenities were not installed. I literally was hanging out with maintenance in my room while this was happening. Once I returned expecting my rom to be fully furnished and it was not, it was missing the refrigerator and microwave and cords were hanging out of the sink. The maintenance men even admitted to just finished drinking on the job which added to my frustration with the organization of this place. The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor which caused the room to be extremely hot or extremely cold. Overall I do not feel I should’ve paid so much for an incomplete roach infested room

Property was safe but had broken toliet and never got fixed

It was terrible. The entire building is very shady but the room was something right out of a crime scene. It smelled like urine, there was a punch hole in the wall, coffee stains and cigarette ash on the kitchen counters, and the best one was the front door being loose from clearly having been kicked in at some point. I left immediately and asked for a refund, which I'm still waiting on Booking.com to approve.
