Motel 6-Greensboro, NC - I-40

Location was good for us.

We tried 3 rooms and all smelled like cigarettes, even with a no smoking room request. Demond at the front desk was very helpful but could not give a refund as we had booked through "Booking." We moved to another hotel and did not stay the night.. After many calls and emails back and forth neither booking or the hotel refunded our money.

Price

The non-smoking room was so stinky with the smell of smoke and who knows what else. The floor, fridge was dirty, the door was hard to open, the bath tube was slow draining. The front desk was unprofessional. Stay there for about 30mins and had to check out. The front desk guy didn't offer me another room. He told me I can get a refund and got an approval by his manager but sadly I never got a refund. I had go book at another hotel the same night. Oh and no blanket.

Nothing

Everything ...GM unprofessional tried to scam us out of $300 cash threatening and harassing me at work. Stole packages from amazon Elevator caught on fire our personal belongings stolen while we were carrying them to the truck...laundry room has broken machines it reeks of Marijuana

My room door wouldn’t close. I couldn’t check in till later in the evening because the rooms weren’t clean yet. My room smelled of weed and the neighbors were smoking. The neighborhood was just so unsafe
