"Decent but no 5 star"

Staff was amazing. The room was far from a 5 star. Low 3 star in my book. Cobwebs in the corners of the room and found several live beetles in the room. Bathroom door made an extremely loud noise when opening and closing due to mounts not tight on the wall.

The colors of the room

The fact that I didn't get my 50 dollars back for not smoking in the room and was told I would after 5 business days .my stay was Nov 2/3 and today is the 18th and still nothing this place needs to be shut down. Breakfast was awful! Pancake batter watered down just awful! Never again Baymont! Dingy wash cloths. Hair found in tub.Toilet wobbly not properly screwed down to the floor !

Room in terrible condition and dirty. Peeling paint, toilet paper holder hanging out of wall, bad workmanship on work that had been done.
