Baymont by Wyndham Grenada

The floor in my room was dirty and I was missing hand towel towels as well as hand soap. The website says the room would have a coffee machine which it didn’t, but there were cups and a tray so I guess that’s for something else. The safety swing lock/latch was broken off and even though some furniture seemed to be new, the linens seem to be old/stained. The accommodations seem to be for traveling construction men and electrical workers, as well as truck drivers. Maybe it was fine for them, but I had to check out the next day. Breakfast was available, seemed a but cold, but you can make your own waffle or have cereal with cold milk. When I tried to check out after only one night the person at the front desk let me know that she would leave a message for the manager and she was unable to make any changes to my reservation. 3 days trying to speak with someone to check me out and was still showing me as a registered guest and inviting me to check out online or in the app. This location just wasn’t for me but the issue is customer service and trying to get CHECKED OUT. I could only spend one night at this location. I’m a woman traveling alone for work and I personally just did not feel safe in this location.

At our wits end trying to find a room for the night (hotels are all full because of massage power outages and damage from ice storms 10 days ago. Linemen and property owners have the rooms!) we finally got one at BAYMONT. All was ok. Very basic stuff. Bed ok. Quiet room. Breakfast ok. Room price ok. Got some Wyndham points too!

Very old looked like room had not been cleaned stains on sheets and towels

The man that checked me in was really nice. He was efficient. He was very informative. Also did his job quickly & knew what he was doing. The location from my home is ideal. It is only one hour from where I have to be at 8 am. I felt safe staying here. I found this hotel after trying two others. Stayed here before and it was awesome & clean. I decided this is my hotel to stay from now own.

I was suppose to have 2 beds, there was only one. The floor was really filthy. Towels were old, clean but horribly thin & dirty/dingy looking condition. The body wash in tub was empty. I guess I should have gotten my toiletries out . The breakfast was pathetic & we didn’t even try it. My daughter had brought me orange juice to room & it was even gross & I poured it out. This place has really gown downhill in the past 10 months. I was coming back and usually stay more nights at end of year during Christmas holidays. However, I am not planning on staying here ever again! Will never recommend it it others like I have in the past. I hate it cause it was such a great location. Some friends I recommended you too have all stopped staying there. They suggested Airbnb instead.

The water pressure was poor. The swimming pool rail was very loose

Toilet loose from floor and seat also loose Beds were to soft.

There was fees introduced on the property thats not stated on website.
