"Overall, the stay was ok. Nothing spectacular and would have been a good deal if I didn’t see the price was lower after"

The room was clean

There were a few items that could have been better. 1. Parking was not convenient. There were a bunch of construction equipment taking up the small lot. 2. The shower curtain did not reach the bottom of the shower basin so when I finished showering, there was water all over the floor. 3. It would have been nice to have bar soap in the room 4. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were tough and lumpy

"Wouldn't recommend"

Absolutely nothing except for the comfort of the pillows and bed.

It had roaches and the staff was rude when we asked for new bedding or to be moved to another room. Looked like a hotel for drug users or contractors.

Location and ease of booking.

The bathroom floors and tub were a little dirty. Also witnessed on of the cleaners drinking in their car.

"They were rude and nasty. They are price gauging during a winter storm"

Was rushed to pay after booking on booking.com and was told if I didn’t come and pay within 10mins that he would sell my room. He was rude and nasty for no reason

I did not like the oweners. They cancelled our reservation for the next night for no reason

Glad it was only for one night cause it really has alot that needs to be fixed.

Alot of things were broken, for instance the toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall as soon as I trying to get tissue. The beds were not sturdy, you lean against them and they slide so easily. The door did not seal well, you could see light coming in around the door at the Crack of dawn. There wasn't enough breakfast to feed the customers and definitely not enough staff.

Really the price

The housekeeper knocking on the door way before check out time at 9 30@m and i had a sick granny just went to sleep wasnt evem offered breakfast
