Nothing cheap and nasty

We walked into the room and a large cockroach walked out. Cigarette burn in the cover on top of the bed in a non smoking room. The room was dirty. We went to reception and told them we were leaving. We are still awaiting our refund. Manager was on the phone and unhelpful. Pay us our money back.

The cost was decent.

The rooms were not clean. The floors were dirty. The toilet in the room was loose and rocked when you used it. The paint was peeling off the door. The room just overall looked run down and needed attention and updating.

"Save Yourself and Your Money!"

This place is despicable! Absolutely abhorrent. And after reading reviews from other guests who have stayed here, it’s not just me. I won’t get into the gritty details because I’ll be here all day. The long and short of it is the room was dirty, I never received housekeeping services (even when I specifically went to the office to request it multiple times), there were bugs in the room, someone’s nasty underwear was found behind the fridge, and my room door was left open by the staff! I’m never doing Baymont again. I’m never doing Wyndham again.

"I didn’t get to stay returned key immediately"

Hotel was horrible bathroom was nothing like the picture on the sight i didn’t get to stay there this hotel was more like a pay by the hour motel

The room had a mildew smell the cover on the bed had cigarette burns there were little bugs in the tub i arrived at night there were people hanging out and smoking like they lived there permanently it was a disaster
