Two minor items needed repair in the room. Bathroom door very swelled - couldn't close it without slamming. Access door in air/heat unit needs repair.

They charge more for rooms I booked on booking . Come it was $699. Before $100 deposit they took it out of my bank account and would not return it said it was by charge that is bull then I emailed them before ask if I could pay at property and the hotel told me yes then took from bank account made me negative ughhh don’t stay here they take your money

"This hotel needs to be shut down asap,"

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold in the toilet. They have a sign on the mirror saying they will only clean the room if requested. Stains on the covers. Cigarettes thrown everywhere (stairs, hallways, and etc.
